    Day 1: Macushla House, Nairobi

    Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and assisted to transfer to Macushla House, Nairobi. Set on four acres of pristine savannah bushlands, Macushla House offers a distinctive getaway in the upscale Lang'ata neighbourhood, just southwest of Kenya's capital, Nairobi. With its personalised, intimate feel and child-friendly accommodation, it's an ideal choice for families on safari.

    Days 2-3: Samburu Game Reserve

    Early morning breakfast, thereafter transfer to the Wilson Airport for your flight to Samburu national reserve.     Day 4: Ol Pejeta Conservancy

    This morning you will rise early to retrace your steps from the first day, driving back towards stunning Mount Kenya. Pause on route to hop out of the truck on the equator, straddling yourself between the northern and southern hemispheres. Carry on into the shadow of the mountain, eventually arriving midday at the Sanctuary Tambarare. With its impressive conservation credentials, pristine grasslands and opportunities for up-close-and-personal encounters, Laikipia delivers the perfect balance of adventure and serenity. And with just 10 luxurious guest tents, Tambarare Camp is the perfect haven to retire to after a day under the African sun.

    Pitched among fever trees in the shadow of Mount Kenya, Sanctuary Tambarare reflects a profound respect for nature with its thoughtful low-impact design that doesn’t skimp on wow-factor.     Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park

    Rise early this morning to catch the sunrise over the peak of Mount Kenya, while sipping on a hot cup of coffee in the brisk morning hours. Return to your private vehicle to continue on with your journey westwards, descending from the plateaus to the floor of the Great Rift Valley. After a couple of hours of this stunning landscape, you will approach the shores of Lake Nakuru – a flamingo-fringed alkaline lake on the valley floor. Upon entering the National Park, you will wind your way towards The Cliff.

    The Cliff is a stunning tented camp surrounded by nature and offers 10 beautifully appointed tented suites. A fusion of the elegance of Europe and the wild of Africa, each suite features a king size bed, a viewing deck to gaze at sensational 180 degree views of Lake Nakuru, a private lounge, and free standing bath tub and shower.

    Enjoy sublime cuisine from the exceptional restaurant. Spend your days indulging in a fine selection of spirits and wines, and savour delicious aromatic coffee prepared by the onsite barista. Balance body, mind and spirit with morning yoga and stretching sessions and enjoy relaxing spa treatments or, for the actively inclined, make use of the gym pavilion. When you are not gazing at the panoramic views from your tent, enjoy the wildlife of Lake Nakuru National Park.     Days 6-8: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

    In the morning after a tasty breakfast, you will be driven to the airstrip and board a scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara. Upon landing at the bush airstrip, a guide will meet you and drive you to Ishara Mara - located in the heart of the Masai Mara National Reserve—Kenya's premier safari destination. Explore the vast expanse of the reserve, seeking out Big Five wildlife across diverse landscapes, from endless savannah vistas to dense woodlands. Curated game drives and photography safaris will take you 4x4ing across shallow rivers or riverbeds, capturing the perfect snap of zebras grazing in the grasslands or a majestic African sunset from the top of a rocky outcrop.the camp where you will spend the next 3 nights. In the afternoon set out on a game drive in search of lion and plains game such as zebra, topi and eland during your Kenyan safari holiday. In the evening, dine around the roaring campfire surrounded by the sounds of the African night.
